Hi! I’m Rachael (Rae) Shannon, your traditional naturopath and energy coach. I’ve been in the realm of natural health and energy work for the past 20 years and I am a board-certified Natural Wellness Practitioner, certified Detox Practitioner, certified Shamanic Crystal Healer and currently in my doctoral program for a PhD in Philosophy of Natural Health (2025). I am also an Oracle of Sophia, Quantum Healer, Emotion Code (non-certified) Practitioner and Quantum Reiki Master. I offer color therapy, energy medicine sessions, iridology readings, homeopathic and supplemental recommendations, zyto scans, hypno-coaching and sacred movement practices. 

Here's my story. 

While being initiated into the mystical arts in the 1990’s, I studied energy work through painting, drawing and dance and became a master of creating sacred space, cultivating my inner Qi and harnessing the ability to move energy through time and space. I learned the art of trance and became a clear channel for the sacred I AM Breath of Life. Growing up, my artwork became my voice, as many women before me, where it was safe to communicate in code hidden in plain sight. Using art to weave the heritage of the sacred I AM frequencies through the fabric of life; I grew up as a harbinger of light. My energy work and holistic health practice are now the artwork I breathe into the world. These products in this metaphysical online shop are an expression of my holistic practice and serve to hold space for your utmost healing. 

This art of holding space is truly a walking embodiment and a tradition I have kept sacred. I AM AURA RAE is a reclamation of your divine birthright to shine your rays of light in all your beautiful colors out into the world.
