Why you may need to balance the orange in your life:
Orange can be used to elicit joyful emotions from people and bring creative projects into life. The bright warm color is also thought to be able to stimulate appetite and mental activity in people with a deficiency. Orange can elicit overburden in those with overactive sacral chakras.
The Sacral Chakra in Ayurvedic medicine is called Svadhistana and is associated with the color orange. It is naturally associated with the element water and it's seed sound or chant in kundalini yoga is VAM. When this chakra is out of balance, we often feel stuck in our livelihoods or families.
